# Veridictum Legal > Deterministic verification of US legal citations against a corpus of court opinions. > Regex extraction plus a three-tier lookup (cache, local corpus, CourtListener > API). No language model anywhere in the verification path, so a verdict is > reproducible rather than generated. Agents pay per call with x402 (HTTP 402 + signed USDC). No API key, no account, no rate limit - payment is the authentication. ## Paid endpoints - [POST /api/v1/agent/verify](https://veridictum.legal/agents): one citation, $0.01 per call. - [POST /api/v1/agent/verify/bulk](https://veridictum.legal/agents): up to 50 citations, $0.10 flat per call. - MCP tool `verify_citation_paid` at https://veridictum.legal/mcp/agent, $0.01 per call. Use that path, NOT https://veridictum.legal/mcp - the latter is a different MCP server carrying the free tools, and it answers 401 to a caller with a wallet and no OAuth token. Networks: Base (eip155:8453), Solana (solana:5eykt4UsFv8P8NJdTREpY1vzqKqZKvdp). ## Three verdicts - `verified` - the citation resolves to a real case, and any case name supplied matched it (`name_match: "confirmed"`). - `suspicious` - the volume/reporter/page resolves, but to a DIFFERENT case than the name given (`name_match: "mismatch"`). This is the signature of a fabricated citation and is the most valuable answer this service returns. - `not_found` - no case matches. `verified: false` is a finding, not an error. Do not retry it. ## Docs - [Agent documentation](https://veridictum.legal/agents): the 402 flow, the full request and response shapes, the price list, and how the accuracy figures were measured. - [Terms of Service](https://veridictum.legal/terms): section 11 covers API, MCP and pay-per-call agent use. No SLA; a settled call buys that call and no capacity, priority or future availability beyond it. - [Privacy Policy](https://veridictum.legal/privacy): x402 calls carry no account. Only the settlement is recorded - timestamp, route, network, payer wallet, amount, transaction hash - and nothing about the caller.
